Same for obvious pump and dump scam GRLT, which is already receiving attention from a number of undeclared IRPs:

I have received information suggesting a certain Adi Elfenbein of OTC Capital Partners is behind the GRLT scam (although Kit Chambers is also clearly involved). Any information on Mr. Elfenbein would be gratefully received.
