Typical SCAM playbook stuff - like decreasing that 1 billion A/S which should dazzle the crowds and then maybe announce converting debt to equity and will constantly be pointed out they are restricted shares and won't DILUTE. Maybe even throw in a few INSIDER buys for good measure.
