I thought they were purchasing BZNE why are they selling warrants against their stake?


On November 25, 2013, MusclePharm Corporation (the “Company”) entered into a Stock Purchase Agreement with certain accredited investors (the “Purchasers”) pursuant to which the Company sold warrants to purchase 10,000,000 shares of BioZone Pharmaceutical, Inc.’s common stock to the Purchasers for an aggregate purchase price of $1,250,000.
