It means MSLP needs $1.25M OR they just wanted to hook another buddy up with some discounted shares.

Their entry price into BZNE is .125 and it's currently trading at .585....Glad I took my 25% gain the other day...

I don't think they are purchasing BZNE

Only the assets are what is being purchased. BZNE I believe will continue to trade and be a viable entity after they acquire the assets of that other biotech whose name I can't remember.

So I think they are simply selling warrants to purchase stock in the new entity, and shouldn't affect the asset acquisition IMO.
