I think, Balance, you're trying too hard to make it come true as quickly as possible. At mom, my read is that Oil Min da Costa's timeframe is our surest landmark. As I msged Stockhocker, I attribute much more significance to what Lusa quotes/reports ("mid-Feb") than to the explanations it gives (to ink).

I'd much prefer that your contortions are right!

Having some idea of how these thinks are written, Stockhocker, I wouldn't necessarily attribute too much importance to Lusa's explanation of things. Significant, imo, are the Minister's words: delay to mid-Feb and lack of synked position among STP's JMC reps.

Balance revives the NG Guardian stri. I'd like to be pleasantly surprised, too, by a meet this weekend, but it simply does not appear to be in the works.
