Second having Chinese IPR in TD-SCDMA (a standard that the Chinese government endorsed to escape international wireless royalties) means next to nothing. InterDigital would be idjits to take such a case to the Peoples Court.

If the Nokia case was tried in the PRC it would take 180 months and you would be lucky to win an award of 250 dollars, if you lawyer does not get himself shot.
