I did have 1 issue over the holidays concerning shipping to Houston, Texas. I was waiting for a DVD that never made it to me. So I emailed GZFX and withing 24 hours they took off the missing DVD from my list and placed the next choice on my list in queue. It was fast and easy. The next day the "other" dvd finally shows up (thanks USPS) so i watched it and sent it back in. The fact that GZFX took care of me quickly made me happy. It was not their fault as the issue was with USPS but GZFX stepped up to the plate and sent me my next choice any way. I am happy with GZFX, especially with my 6 out annual plan.
Anyone who is trying to compare Gameznflix to Netflix in a head to head fashion lacks wisdom. When Netflix was the size of GZFX their shipping times were far worst since they only had 1 DC in those days. Comparing a fully grown company like Netflix to a smaller growth stage company like GZFX is not accurate. GZFX is doing just fine for the moment and with new acquisitions and DCs on the horizon we only stand to get better. Anyone invested in GZFX needs to look at the glass as "half full" instead of "half empty".... it is a mental thing. Some people just always look at what is wrong and never look at what is going right. Some people just love to dwell in the negatives... like I said, it is a mental thing.
By the way, would you rather have a company ship things to you slowly because they are small and have not built out their national DCs yet OR would you rather have a larger company "throttle" your DVD picks. Netflix basically has told it's subscribers "Yeah, we will send out your DVD when WE are good and ready"... Bigger does not always mean better. Netflix has it's own very real problems. Anyone who thinks that Netflix is perfect is living among the elves and fairies. Get real.
