They do not want to handle calls by telephone. They, as have many many companies, have found it is not economically feasible to chat with customers all day. It may take a few seconds or minutes to handle an inquiry by e-mail but 15 minutes to get someone off the phone who just wants to ask stupid questions. Intelliflix states on their site that they don't have an 800 number because it costs $7 per call to do so.
