I do have the wisdom to know that a person should always be cautious with an OTCBB stock, especially one that says one thing and then changes it down the road a bit.
Didn't JF say in November that money was earmarked for new DC's and now apparently the DC's that they have are sufficient?
As a much smaller company, I don't expect GZFX to have the turnaround time that Netflix has, but at least they should be working towards that goal. A week or more from the time I mail a DVD back to them and get a new one is not acceptable to me.
I'm sure it's not acceptable to customers who are NOT shareholders either.
I wish some of you would step back and look at this company as if you weren't shareholders. Would you accept sub par service from any other company that you do business with?
I think not.
Forget what I think, think about all of the people who signed up with Circuit City as customers and not shareholders. If they are getting the service that I am getting, I am sure they aren't happy.
