I fully understand what this is, but now that you brought it up, let me further elaborate for everyone on a few things that are important to understand here with GLER. I spoke to Rich Kaiser earlier today about the news today. The news released today is not one of the bigger news releases that many of us have been expecting. The bigger news is still with legal where he says that it could be any day now as it is not up to him, but it's in the queue. His guess is sometime next week. The news today was news that was simply completed to the level of being released so they just put that out for now to inform us shareholders of another piece of the puzzle.
Rich told me that the $10 million that Hawk was approve for to use for acquisitions has now been increased to $25 million which is the ”increase” in ”financing” that was indicated in the news today. This means that they can acquire bigger companies. I think you know why it was previously mentioned that targets were already on the horizon which is why they obtain a much greater amount of funding to acquire these profitable companies. Remember, someone confirmed that the company informed them that GLER/Hawk is going to become a $100 Million company.
He said that they will be explaining much in the upcoming PR. Also important to note, Rich told me that this $25 Million in financing that Hawk was ”approved” for that’s to be used for acquisitions is called ”Comprehensive Financing” which is a type of financing to where Hawk can only use the funds for acquiring profitable companies.
This means that if you were to buyout a private company that’s worth somewhere in the area of $3 million, you would have to spend roughly somewhere in the area of $15 million if that company was public. This is the reason why Hawk had not fully rolled up into GLER thus far. The acquisitions had to be done by Hawk first while Hawk is still a ”private company” and then later after completing all of the acquisitions, Hawk will then roll up into GLER to become one single entity or what we will know as… the new GLER. The reason why it is being done this way is because the deal would have been far too ”complicated” and ”costly” if Hawk would have rolled up into GLER first to become a ”public company” to then do the acquisitions. In short…
$25 Million Value in Private Companies = $100 Million Value in Public Companies
So understand, all that HAWK is acquiring, will be the new GLER for us shareholders in the near future. Our hope as shareholders is that the market will see what we see now and in the future for the value that should be reflected within the share price when everything is done as we build to that climax.
