No disputing you considered this a $25M acquisition despite that being the case.
as for:
Rich told me that the $10 million that Hawk was approve for to use for acquisitions has now been increased to $25 million which is the ”increase” in ”financing”
This is in response to a PR in which they start by claiming $10M and then going to $25M later in the story. What kind of an immature excuse did you expect them to come up with? This is a PR, did they start writing it when it was $10M and finish it later when it was $25M or is the entire PR nothing but BS?
It goes into who you trust and fortunately I have witnessed those who trust without question every BS story provided by crooks.
Great posts as always stervc, you put a lot of things in perspective especially the value that the ALREADY profitable companies being acquired right now will add to the pps of the new GLER. A rare opportunity to say the least.
1. What percentage of SWING is being acquired? 2. What are the financial numbers for SWING? 3. How much is GLER paying for this company (i.e. how long before it actually creates a profit)?
If I recall, all the analysis last time was erroneously using 100% of TEC's profits and applying that against the current GLER share structure. The reality is, HAWK only gets 65% of TEC, created debt for the right to that 65%, and GLER is in a 20% partnership with HAWK.
Wow Sterling that is one incredible piece of GLER DD. I missed it and just read it now as someone had sticky noted it. It is so insane to see GLER trading in a trading range for weeks now from .001 to .002's and or trading anywhere near the PPS we are at still. Looking forward to pennies ahead to start.
