What are you talking about...this does not say it was a $25M acquisition, it says they have a $25M financing facility after earlier claiming it was a $10M financing facility. I suggest you read it better.

HAWK expects to use existing financing facilities of more than $25 million to close the transaction on behalf of its subsidiary, TEC. .
