sts55: The only mechanism for an early look is if the DSMD
Data Safety Monitoring Board decides to take an interim
look after X number of events. I don't recall the language
in the Reduce-IT protocol, but I assume there has to be a
reference as to whether or not an Interim Look can be taken.
