Can't the SEC/FINRA track where the large 3miilion, 5million share bids are placed from? Very simple way of catching APS and team.

These guys are smart and obviously have other offshore accounts that are placing these bids. But, why not locate those large bidders, wiretap their calls and locate APS once communication is made (obviously will be a timely investigation, but all their past picks should be sufficient evidence put in-front of a judge to give such authorization. "Protection of the people" -and a million other counts of fraud
