Kite'...Exactamente'!! Wave simply did not have the time, personnel or resources to become a prime contractor, so it must depend on companies like ORC, EDS, etc., of which there are many. So as these contracts start getting filled, look for other prime contractors to pick up Wave's product line since it will be prominently displayed in the GSA catalogs.
