well it should be interesting to see if they file these as material agreements. seems like the least they will owe is an 8-K - I'm betting you won't see much in the way of details if they do bother to file. but I'm sure it has lots of diligence "outs", doesn't contain any suggestion of a firm-commitment offering and has some pretty banker-favorable financial terms for the Masked Banker.
