... Posters have nothing to do with with the stock price; the stock is where it is, and where it is going, because of the company's (in)actions and impotency.
Why wouldn't the company issue a statement saying "Wellington Shields & Co LLC are our investment bankers, and will close their first round of financing on xxxx date, allowing us to open X amount of stores, including the Georgia store we previously stated we'd open in November...oh, and they'll give us the money to pay our auditor"?
Rather than relying on posters to unravel the mysteries of the elusive investment banker, might be easier to just state who the firm is.
