All of the bankers I've worked with have a "tag line" description they want my clients to use (although always with their name); but I've never been handed a word-for-word press release from a banker where all you do is swap in the company specifics. Given the bankers' usual hunger for PR in any way they can get it, I find it very odd that leaving out the name is clearly deliberate. Are they afraid to admit they are dating "ugly"?
