Ummm, da, those holders of certs do not give a Rats A$$?

<<If the 41,000 have been issued by the t/a....how come ONLY 11,986 have been turned in as of today???...Are the borkers holding them for a reason>???????

Why hasnt the TF counted them yet...If number 41,000 was issued almost two weeks ago...why arent they into the tf yet??>>
