the first cert issued was 1 the last one we are keeping track of is number 41,000 issued on the 28th of dec....the TF has only collected
11,986.........So we know at least 41,000 certs have been issued...................................................

Now If 41,000 have been ISSUED.....And ONLY 11,986 turned in

WHO IS HOLDING THE OTHER 30,000 back???????

EACH CERT HAS A NUMBER ON IT....1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,
alllll the way to 41,000.............................

If the 41,000 have been issued by the t/a....how come ONLY 11,986 have been turned in as of today???...Are the borkers holding them for a reason>???????

Why hasnt the TF counted them yet...If number 41,000 was issued almost two weeks ago...why arent they into the tf yet??
