I think that is a fair statement to make.

I try to keep the lines of technology separate, so I'm not sure how VRNG will be involved vs. GOOG after the I.P.E. dispute ends -- especially since GOOG does not make infrastructure and Motorola handset sales have sucked all year (primarily because GOOG is getting rid of the garbage and pumping Moto X going forward). As a handset OEM, Google just isn't a big target at all. And VRNG's bread & butter is IP that covers infrastructure and networking equipment.

What would be great is for VRNG to acquire additional mobile patents that would give it a much stronger foothold. This might be tricky since the NOK patents (and 35% back-end obligation) needs to be kept separate, but the company has some very clever people who should be able to figure out how to advance it's wireless patent holdings.
