How VRNG will go after Google again?
Great question it's all about a chess match, I which i could say i have hard evidence but the piece are in line with what I see, The out come looks a little different that what I thought originally but here goes.
Sorry JJ this has nothing to do with the legal side of VRNG
1) VRNG went after Google for search, nothing changed there
2) NOK and MSFT met about selling the Phone business talk stalled.
3) NOK approached VRNG with the 500 patent to get the ball rolling on lawsuit.
4) MSFT/NOK talks stalled and NOK asked VRNG to push MSFT in search lawsuit.
5) MSFT settled then bought out NOK phone business and I think OVER PAID for the patents but is this a mind game for NOK to use it's patents now?
What does VRNG have that NOK needs? it's legal team. VRNG started to go after ZTE but now if they buy out VRNG they can say MSFT paid 2.2 Billion for patents so should you....

1/2 cash 1/2 stock
NOK can use some of the new cash to buy out VRNG maybe 500 Million and a 1-1 stock swap for NOK. at $5 buck a share NOK is at and 500 million it's a $10 deal with NOK stock upside. I think it's a fair deal for VRNG is that's on the table. Which i think it is... This weekend should be good for VRNG and Sunday night they should get it done. This is my opinion and i have no insider knowledge just looking at the big picture.
