MSFT paid 2.2 Billion to NOK to not infringe on there patents, now VRNG has 500 of NOK patents to go after others (ZTE, huawei, etc...) So MSFT is not important cause MSFT bought NOK phones business, VRNG couldn't go after NOK anyway cause it's there patents. Since MSFT and NOK and VRNG are all working together they are building an alliance. Nothing changed but all three got stronger. NOK will go after licensing with VRNG. MSFT and VRNG will go after GOOGLE et al. I think this will help MSFT win back YHOO search business.
I would like to see progress with HJJ and appeals courts start responding this week.
I don't think latches will be turned off but for some reason if it is I'll buy the first round.
