They could of converted right after the reporting period or shorted into the market and covered at a later date on the conversion.. This short could of started before the P&D to $0.04 and used to smother the bids all the way to $0.001 and covered with conversions after the reporting period.. Conversions could of been done at $0.0007.. The float if done for services could be worst since all shares recieved for services carry no restriction and may be sold upon reciept.. That is why they are given at a 30% discount to the last ten trading days ave.. So if the stock pops the shares are based upon the Ave, of the last 10 days.. If the stock went uo ten times in a day the AVE would still only be up 10%.. ..
