No way the float is that big yet. There are % limits on the conversions of the debt holder and there has been no real volume until this past week. The June numbers are going to be a little higher than the 21M on the May numbers, but not too much, as there was not that much volume between the time the preferreds were converted in restricted common shares in May. That being said, I could easily see the float increasing by 20M+ in the past week.
