Badger, I couldn't agree more. It is PAINFULLY obvious that this bunch has been outsmarted, outlawyered, outgunned, and is like a half-blind 3-legged dog trying to cross Interstate 5.

As I have said numerous times, and agree with you, 'this ain't workin' and it's time for a change. Get in bed with a 900 lb. gorilla and stop being a lone chimp.

Merritt and his band of unlucky buffoons should consider hiring a few of these ITC judges and staff attorneys and have them hand pick the "winning" patents.

Our management team, engineers, and hired guns continue to fail in their choices. If these patents being hand picked by our team can't be explained in a manner which gets us a positive initial determination, then just maybe Interdigital needs to hire someone who can speak ITC.

Is our team too smart for their own good, or too arrogant to understand their failings?

When you need to explain to a 5-year old where babies come from, you don't pull out Gray's Anatomy.

Bottom line, it's time for a new approach.
