you know for a company in "strategic strategy" there sure is a "high level" of interest in picking up shares from the public? nobody believes these guys because they otc? whats the real odds here? you'd think that insiders would know something by now? are they just waiting till the last minute? maybe they are being sneaky? with the way the spreads been it seems like it "could" be sneaky.
