I think he meant wait till it moves up .40-.50 cents before buying, and I too think this is a shake out before they start really pumping this.

LOTE is still being dumped.

and it is still super early in the pump and there has already been alot of twitter chatter about it so they are shaking off the scalpers/ weak hands.
