There were rumors of buyout of shell in January 2018!

Hmmmmmm Something is UP. SEC does not let shells just start trading and TDA normally wouldn't touch this if that were the case. Something legitimate is taking place....

Incredible SS play any way you look at it. If there is a quality company Reverse Merging into TUNG who knows the potential outcome.

Any truth to this and BOOMAGE will happen. WHEN? Who knows sometime these things take several weeks to materialize then who knows how far they could be into the process. All I know they have kept the TA paid and functioning and the SS has been available for all these years.
