Revlis re revenue guidance given before court hearing

First guidance can be easily changed and updated. Happens all the time. Second I don't think that the judge will give a bench ruling today after hearing oral arguments, and I imagine that IDCC doesn't think so either. It would be highly unusual for the judge to render a bench decision immediately, without at least giving the appearance of some reasonable time period to duly consider the oral arguments. I think this is especially true when there is a heavyweight like Nokia involved in the court proceedings.
