The fact that guidance was given a day before the hearing is why I am not sure that IDCC will record the revenue from the award if confirmed. IDCC did it because:
1. IDCC does not believe there will be a decision today and does not know when it will be given or
2. IDCC will not record the NOK revenue in any case.
