I dont doubt the equations but how can you claim that this then validates your theories.
The problem I have is that your previous explanation of a variable Tcase max according to increasing power dissipation has proved to be incorrect (or have you forgotton that already).
Now your revised explanation doesnt hold any water for the reasons I have given.
You even questioned if I was confused about the term Tcasemax!when clearly I had the facts in front of me

You say who knows why they included the tables - well maybe its because they simply show the relationship between TDP and Tcase max for a given thermal profile - as is stated in the note in red text underneath the 9 tables in question........
Information you are seemingly willing to ignore to pursue your own agenda on this matter.

That said as I mentioned to Alan I have submitted your counter proposal to people who are in AMD's "technical inner circle" as they have access to NDA information ahead of time and also get to trial out AMDs new cpus ahead of release. If they come back and say to me that your first explanation or even your second explanation is correct you will be the first to know. Just dont hold your breath as AMDs own documents clearly state otherwise.
