Who knows why AMD included they tables? As I showed, you can derive their contents through simple math equations. Did you try to verify this yet? If not, then you should before doubting it. The tables don't show anything profound. As you said, if system designers design around maximum TDP and highest Tcase, they'll have all their bases covered.

I'm not quite sure what you're getting at. Datasheets often include information that, while interesting to some, is irrelevant to most. I wouldn't dwell too much on this aspect. There is no way to argue that the tables are describing TDP. Once you read them and understand the contents, it is clearly like what I said in my previous posts. If you are doubting my explanation, it shouldn't be because you find the tables themselves out of place.
