I will work on this stuff this evening. I called the computer service people and evidently, I have NOT been using my Mozilla - sorry for misleading you. Again - I am in no way a computer person. I know that can be frustrating for those of you who try to help us unlearned ones, LOL.
Evidently, I have just been using my IE. I have been told I have to click on my "Mozilla" on my desktop to run my browser through Mozilla - or I guess you would say, to run the Mozilla browser.
I will try that tonight.
Thank you so much for your suggestions. I have a neighbor that was IBM tech for 23 years and now works for Hitachi that has said she would help me with the more difficult stuff you may suggest.
I'll touch base after I run through all the suggestions.
