IE is Internet Explorer (Microsoft's browser). Mozilla Firefox is a competing product. I understand you are having the problem with Firefox. Click on the Windows Start button, do you see Internet Explorer (logo is a blue E with a saturn-like ring around it)? If yes, click on that and see if iHub behaves better? If not, go to Programs, look for Internet Explorer in there. Also, if you have America Online, try the browser in there. (If it works better with other browsers, that indicates some problem with Firefox settings. Leave the temp directory alone. If it's acceptable to you to use a different browser, we're done.)
If you log out of iHub and view message board as a Guest, do you still have a problem? (This one's a longshot)
***Be careful with the stuff below. If you're uncomfortable with it, get someone to help you in person**
As far as the temp direcory goes, click the Start button, select Run. Type "cmd" without the quotes, that will give you a DOS prompt. Type "cd\windows\temp", again without the quotes. At this point your prompt should be C:\WINDOWS\Temp. If not, type "exit" to get out of the DOS prompt and let me know. If so, type "del *.* /s". You will get some "Are you sure?" prompts, respond y (you will lose saved login info to various websites, but nothing critical). When done, type "exit".
