Depends how you look at this one. According to the 8k the plaintiff sought damages for $125k. What concerns me is why would Koos give up 100 million shares to settle this amount. Share value only needs to be .00125 in order to satisfy that amount. The shares are restricted so can't be sold yet, does Koos expect share value to drop by the time the plaintiff can unload them? As a shareholder, this concerns me a bit.
