jenee, I would strongly recommend picking up the phone and calling them. I see it all the time--companies often neglect their email. A phone call should clear up the issue rather quickly, certainly in less time than a week.

Also, were the emails you sent in English or Chinese? It's possible someone received English text that they didn't have the time or wherewithal to deal with. You could try running the English text through Bing or Google translator and then sending that. I still recommend the phone though.
