Emails were sent a week ago to both JBT and Everbright (Everbrit). No response as yet. See other post for results of trying to chat with them. None of us speak Chinese so we located a Chinese national who has contacts to physically check them out to bring closure.
It is possible that JBT personnel do not speak English and may not respond to US English emails. I still don't understand why the chats are broken links. No opportunity to speak anything.
