=> Maybe because at that time, WDRP was under investigation (Also, Andrew sold shares)... If he sold shares, he would be under investigation also! He founded out that the waterheater is not efficient as he claimed, so all his shares are worth zero, why risk a penalty, a trial... If he holds his shares, the only thing they could accuse him from would be not achieving a water-heater and no share-fraud....
