If Richard and Robert are fullt aware that the Unit will never work and the whole the is a big scam to milk investors dry, then why were Roberts shares restricted initially ? And why do they keep them restricted ? Secondly, why hasn't Robert issued himself some crazy amount of stock so he to could flooed investors and make a mint?
