I understand were you are coming from. I just choose to not call something or someone a scam until it is a fact, to do otherwise is undoubtly wrong. I agree too, that their communication in all this has been at best confusing. However, I also do not dismiss the fact that : 1. I do not work for WDRP and thus truly do not know what is going on with the Unit , 2. I don't work for Intertek and don't know what they have required of WDRP or what they told WDRP. Since I don't work for either or have inside information I go with what is logical UNTIL proven otherwise. And right now logic dictates that just for self preservation and the desire we all have to stay out of jail - why in the world would Richard, Robert and Andrew keep up a charade ( if that is what this is) after the AMF Investigation ? Why hasn't WDRP increased and dumped millions of shares on investors so to reap Profits from the sale? Why go to UL and Intertek with a box of nothing ? Why make up a story about going back to Intertek, knowing that you are going to use the Snow Storm as an excuse to have to cancel, when they could just say nothing but now have to put one more thing on record? From an investigation standpoint - I am sure that WDRP can't just show up at Intertek, so there would have been a scheduled time for them. A scheduled time will have a record of that somewhere at Intertek. If WDRP was trying to cover themselves in case of Criminality - then they just Fu**** themselves because they put out two posts that would contradict the records of Intertek if there was not appointment. Even a moron investigator or DA could figure that out. I too wish this was a lot more smooth, but its not and not being smooth does not equal scam in my book, but I concede that all possibilities are on the table until they are ruled out.
