I think cost is the main concern for testing probes, etc. Intertek is to provide that stuff and we dont know if wdrp has the funds, etc. That's where it gets sketchy. It seem WDRP is not trying to be aggressive in getting Intertek to get it done since they are paying the bill for equiptment and wd is not too important to them as other clients. It kinda makes sense but then again it doesn't.
