[Just the facts maam]

Jeff, the SEC has a reporting process, I sent you the e-mail link earlier. But that was to find out information and an opinion. I could easily find the e-mail or phone # if I were doing it as official business. But since this is a personal investment and not work, I have to be careful that I do not abuse the process and the privilege that comes with my employment. All my research and posts are done on my own time and I intend to keep it that way.

I am citizen here just like anybody else and must use the same methods that are at everyone's disposal. On the other hand with my experience, I can provide a much more detailed complaint than the average investor.

The report I am preparing will be sent through the SEC Complaints Department and the proper channels. I also intent on providing the FBI the same information.

I hope we can all take Pete up on his offer one day for a big party. Time will tell.
