You seam like a nice guy, and appear to be intelligent and certainly have indicated by some of your posts to be very capable of uncovering information ,

Yet you can t find a e mail or phone # to someone in SEC to report this to ?

Just a observation,

And btw if a large oharm is behind this , they crap million dollar bills .. Me other thing that stands out here,

Is their not hiding it , the portfolio is grossly undervalued , they know it, some of us know it ,

Large institutional investors know it,

This is either one big ponzi scheme , or a effort to stop a hostile takeover ,

Since the portfolio is grossly undervalued. It appears we are getting screwed ! I was hoping this would not happen, I seen the writing on wall for several months now. Not reporting final safety until after merger,if they ever do at all is a clear in your face screw job Jmho

I have heard of this happening before, never been invested that I know of in a stock that has been and continues to be manipulated right up to the time final safety results were due, and investors were waiting for positive results to make some profits back. Who knew the BOD was banking on news of 9th as the major catalyst ...

I assume if this does make it into a court one day , that will be their story !!! By that time Libigel will have made some large pharm a ton of money !
