Pete my initial e-mails probably won't get a response. But what I am presently compiling, will peak the curiosity of any investigator who reads it. I figure that I will not be going to the media, as it should produce an investigation.

My intention is to lay it out in a manner that simplifies their work. The SEC took a lot of flak for the Maddoff fraud. This will be low hanging fruit for them. Big band for little effort.

I was going to e-mail Simes and Prybyl to let them know they have a couple of days to come clean. But knowing that an offence appears to have occurred, I am sort of obligated to report it.

I won't be giving them time to cover their posteriors. But it would be in their interest to start repairing the damage they have created by coming clean.
