Janice: Have you read the whole CA then? How do you know that for a fact that Ontario is the only place? Any Co.can file where they are registered,including Mexico.If you can show all the pages of the CA ( you seem to know what it contains) then let us all read what it says,and we can form a opinion ,one way or another.I think a lot of people here on the board would be interested to see .
