SRGE figured out very quickly what Kinross is up too. The next deal will not see them get 500mill restricted shares. The terms are dictated by SRGE now. Its SRGE,s way or KINROSS will end up in Mex,court ,where they would not have a chance to win. The Mex. connection is too strong on SGE board.

Wow. Just wow. I'll not bother with the first part. But please bear in mind that the ONLY agreement between SRGE and Kinross is a confidentiality agreement. Among other things, it provides that any disputes with be adjudicated under the laws of Ontario, Canada.
