Ghors: Did you see my post 130551, where I stated that the Pre Trial conference was scheduled for 1PM on Nov 1. This was handwritten by the judge changing a printed 9AM time. Right above that the Judge wrote in that the trial would be held Nov 1, following the Pre Trial Conference. While anything is possible, under these conditions do you think he would reschedule the trial date.


Now, AND THIS IS A WARNING TO ALL WHO MIGHT BUY NOV. CALLS, we have to hope that the judge isn't too tired from this week's trial, sick, bored, vacation, a more pressing matter, etc, etc., etc., and sets another date for trial at the Pre-Trial Conference. If he does, I don't think he will delay for long, but It may not start the next morning.
