Dave: The pre trial conference is where the court will determine who does what when and how and for how long.

The Final Pre Trial Order sets dates for the filing of MSJ, Motions to Exclude, Limini's, etc. etc. etc.

This close to trial there will not be another Final Pre Trial Order. It is already done and the parties have complied and no one has asked for a continuance.

Now, AND THIS IS A WARNING TO ALL WHO MIGHT BUY NOV. CALLS, we have to hope that the judge isn't too tired from this week's trial, sick, bored, vacation, a more pressing matter, etc, etc., etc., and sets another date for trial at the Pre-Trial Conference. If he does, I don't think he will delay for long, but It may not start the next morning.
