well, the action / retraction makes sense, but a cusip change is not an accidental / random event. there has to be more to the story imvho. given recent CH,LLP closing, what I have seen as increased scrutiny on the APS affiliate shells that have not yet been promoted and other factors - seems to me as the screws are being being tightened on the APS promo machine from many angles. we shall see how it all plays out of course.
